After taking Candidate Seo as hostage, Jin-pyo proceeds to take all but one bullet out of his gun and plays Russian Roulette, demanding to know the names of the others involved in the '83 incident. Seo suspected as much, and quickly agrees to give up the other names of the Big Five, if he gets taken somewhere safe. Jin-pyo tells him that he's rotted to the core, for so easily selling them out.
